TRANSACTION FEES PAYABLE BY THE BUYER
Properties equal to or under €100,000	Flat fee of €2,500 + VAT
Properties over €100,000	2.5% of the sale price + VAT

These fees include property viewings, negotiation services, preparation, and follow-up of the sales file.

RENTAL FEES PAYABLE BY THE TENANT
Seasonal Rental Fees	14% of the total rental amount including taxes (VAT included) Payable on the day of booking.
Long-Term Rental Fees	14% of the annual rent including taxes (VAT included) Payable on the day of booking.

These fees include property viewings, preparation of the rental file, and drafting of the rental agreement.
